Cake baker: House of Healthy Food/Hannah Pesce
A note from Hannah:
"Being asked to make Olive Greenly's first birthday cake was such a great honor. She's the cutest baby and such a smart little active girl. I was asked to make it a no dairy, no egg, and banana flavored cake. I was nervous it was a challenge, but I believed I could pull it off. I used unsweetened organic applesauce to replace the eggs. I also used Earth Balance original vegan spread in replace of butter. By using organic bananas for the flavor it also worked out great as a egg replacer and held the cake together perfectly. I love you Olive and I'm glad you enjoyed one of Houseof_Healthyfood's little creations."
