This one is a funny one. I got this at a swap meet... its not too old but the embroidery tells me of some history.
Please take a guess as to what the brown thing hanging out of the apple is. I am so confused. The worm is walking towards it...so I don't think it's a worm...or is it?
Let me know your thoughts on this piece.

The one in the apple is a tape worm.. the one walking to it is a regular worm. This is not an apple I would eat.
I love what everyone came up with. I REALLY LIKED: SCARF.
i suppose scarf is good.
afterall, what else would fit a naked worm? other than a hat.
