1- it is tiny for a 12 month old
2- it is still soft and made by the tootsie roll company!
I had given this to my sister for her 2 boys and they wore it a few times, she just doesn't appreciate vintage as i do...but I am thankful she saved it to give it back. That is my thing, if I give vintage, make sure to save it for me when you are done. LOL. I'm such an indian giver.

And yes, some people don't appreciate vintage, it's a shame, I always tell the gift-receivers if they don't care for it, say it out loud and not just take it out of politeness. Am I bad or what?
i love vintage. i've some of my own clothes when i was 5 years old that i'm saving for my daughter - when she turns 5.
