Here is a cutie! Just found him today! Can you tell I am excited? Size 4 made in Italy, not sure if it's vintage but it has that appeal anyway.

Boy Jacket!
This sweet polyester cotton jacket is the sweetest i have because:
1- it is tiny for a 12 month old
2- it is still soft and made by the tootsie roll company!
I had given this to my sister for her 2 boys and they wore it a few times, she just doesn't appreciate vintage as i do...but I am thankful she saved it to give it back. That is my thing, if I give vintage, make sure to save it for me when you are done. LOL. I'm such an indian giver.

80s Pinafore
This is probably the funkiest and most unique pinafore that I have ever seen. It is a vest style and yet has the cris-cross in the back. It has that Emily Martin button thing going on :)

Orange Flower Retro dress

This is kinda funny but I almost gave this dress to a puppet. I used to be a puppeteer and loved my African puppet named Penny. She was the cutest but I knew in the end, it would look awesome on a little girl one day so I brought it back home finally. This dress is in perfect condition, just needs some ironing. It for an older child as well... possibly early elementary.

Strawberry Patch and Critter Friend Shorts
I bought these little shorts at one of my favorite(now) non-existent thrift stores. It had closed down a while ago. They always had awesome vintage baby clothing. As you can probably guess these are the sweetest shorts on my page. Maybe Everso will make some one day :)

I'm a Sailor mommy
Here on my nephew, back when he was at least 8 months old, is a sailor jumper. We had a grand ol' time trying to get these snap shots. Boy did he move quick! I had picked this up at a swap meet or thrift shop some time ago. It fits a 8-12 month old. I am pretty sure it is from the 50's at least, if not the 40s. The material is pretty thick and seems as if it could last for more than a lifetime. Actually I really don't know the year, but I know it is vintage! The tag reads "Florence Eiseman". That was the closest name I could make of it. It also says "Custom made" on the same tag.
I had to undo the red tie, unzip the front, and try to squeeze him into this with out ripping it. oh and you know that white little cloth inside on the top? It buttons twice! I managed to keep one button on but them I had to rebutton it, rezip and be tie that red piece. Boy was that a chore! It was all worth it for these photos. I am pretty sure his mommy appreciates our hard work.
*if anyone knows more history on this let me know. I did some research on Florence, but could not find out if there were custom sailor suits. Although I do know there are children clothing collections. That is a good sign!
