1930's Flour sack apron dresses

These sweet hearts are sisters. I could not just buy one and not adopt the other. They are so similar because of the fabric, yet so completely unique from each other! Every time I take them out I want to hug them to pieces. The smaller one fits 6-12 months & features an attached apron, elastic top, & sweet little collar on the straps. The larger dress fits 12-24 months & features adorable flutter sleeves, gathered neckline & a simple attached apron. They are so precious and tiny. They are made from recycled from vintage 1930's flour sack aprons.

Cute blog.....keep on a bloggin' As for treasuries, gotta keep your eye on the number and when it gets around 344 stay glued to your chair with your fingers on the key board ready to type your title and don't move......it's a real rush...the blood pressure runs high. I usually have my title and picks ready. Caution....treasuries can be very addictive!!!!

Those little dresses are adorable! Wonderful finds :-)

I wanted to answer your question about altered books. I put the same answer on my blog because I have no idea where to answer questions, LOL!:

Hi Kim! One does lots of things like collect them, display them, etc. :-) I am planning to complete mine at the end of August and posting it to my original art Etsy shop. There will be about 5 little compartments for ACEOs or little treasures along with at least 10 original abstract paintings. It will make a nice original art table book or addition to an existing or new collection.

Thanks for visiting me and take care :-)

oh, man, these are adorable, I totally love this fabric!!

My mom is also in GG, near Disneyland at Chapman and West... I'm in Idyllwild now for 20 years, but spent most of my growing up years in that area.

Great stuff in your blog! Thanks for stopping by mine!
